One of the most effective pilates workout videos we have created for both beginners and advanced. Pilates is an incredible way to accomplish real results, weather it’s pilates for weight loss, pilates for core strength, or pilates for toning, you can accomplish so much for your body through this circuit of incredibly effective pilates exercises.

This week the idea we are focussing on in Tools For A New You is ‘focus’. What you think about is what you become. And what you focus on regularly is what you will accomplish. So weather its a fitness or yoga goal, or a general better balance of health and wellness, or any type of dream or goal in your life… write it down, set your intention, and every day ask yourself what you can do to focus on one more small baby step to get you where you need to be. Each day is an inch in the journey, and in time the inches get easier, and eventually turn into feet and then miles. It won’t be easy, but commit to the idea, write it down, and every day remind yourself again and again. Before you know it the results will give you momentum. And with momentum it begins to come with ease. And eventually you will be where you want to be.
